Sounds like a shape cd. You can basically cut an audio cd into just about any
size and shape as long as you keep away from the  track. Burger King was handing
these out shaped like whoppers about two years ago. A word of warning: These are
not balanced out enough to be used at any speed higher than 1X. Upon inserting a
CD,  most CD-ROM players spin up to full speed and then slow down. A shape CD
inserted into a 50X (24X, 12X, etc.) player can damage your player beyond
repair.
