Hello:

Lately   have been having a problem getting my modem to release the
telephone line.

I am not able to hang up the modem and disconnect the Internet unless I
go to manually to the close program and then I have to close the RNAAP
program to shut it down.

When doing that I end up having more problems which then requires me to
re-boot the computer..

anyone have an idea about this?
