I have a AST9413,  200MMX, 96MB Ram, computer with 2 serial ports.   I downloaded the Twain software that came with the camera to 

C:\Windows\Twain_32\Dime 3500 

I plug the cable into the serial port and the other end to the camera.  When I try to Acquire the pictures from the camera, I received a
message saying " please connect camera or turn-on camera."
I have a open IRQ4 which as the following written to it.
Communications Port (Com1)
C:\Windows\ Systems\Serial.Vxd
C:\Windows\System\Vmm32.Vxd (Vcomm.Vxd)
C:\Windows\System\Serialui.Dll
