Vincent,

There is some spyware/adware out there that puts icons on your desktop that
you can't move or delete. You have to remove the offending spyware/adware to
get rid of them. I saw this on a computer a while back, unfortunately I
can't remember the name of the scumware that was causing the problem. Try
scanning your computer for adware and viruses.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Access denied

I have a folder on my desktop that i'm unable to open files within it.
Each time i try to open the file i get the response. "access is denied"
Ultimately , their are files/folders on my desktop that i can't delete.
A message also appears,"make sure disks are not write-protected".
i currently use windows xp. Is their some sort of sharing problem on my
computer?
