The PC I put together for my wife has the 366 MHz AMD K6-2 overclocked to
400 MHz.  The video card is a Matrox Millenium II AGP card.  No Problems
have been encountered.  To my knowledge, the Matrox cards do not use the
same chipset as Diamonds.

both Viper 550 and Matrox card don't support AMD 3DNOW i believe, I've heart
lots of bad stories about those cards with AMD CPU.

Get a Voodoo 3 if money is not problem to you. Or Voodoo Banshee is a good
card
(with AMD CPU) too.
