I use a 1Gb Syquest (p/p) on both Win'95 & NT4.

I only used the 'floppy' supplied with the drive:

For NT - Boot with the drive attached & the 'starter
cartridge' in the drive, then insert the installation disk.

1 - From the control panel open 'SCSI Adapters'.
2 - From the 'drivers tab' click 'add' & choose 'have disk'.
3 - Select the floppy drive & 'OK'.
4 - Highlight your device & click 'OK'.
5 - Remove the floppy & click 'Yes' to restart.
