Adam,
FIC is a reputable manufacturer (I'm using a 503+ board) and the board would
do good job for you, but.... Even though the VIA chipset will work with any
CPU, it was designed with AMD in mind.  So if you plan on keeping the Intel
CPU I would stay with the unbranded board.
