Modification to my earlier post.  The modem string commands "will" not allow
you to enable/disable the call waiting feature.  You should use your local
telcos phone directory or call your Canadian version of directory assistance
to findout the two-digit code (here *70 turns it off for a single call, and
in some areas it is 1170). You then enter the two-digit code (or four-digit)
and then your local access/ISP's number.  I'm sorry about the my oversight
on this issue.  :-)
