Subject line sez it all.  No for a (pro)/consumer solution to take
broadcast video (satellite/cable) and stream it across LAN to PCs equipped
with capture cards.  TV tuner cards are not an option for me with DBS
broadcasts.  Anyone doing this in their home/office?  TIA
