Have you tried going through setup. To access setup, as soon as your computer turns on press the 'Del' key. this would take you to setup. When there access the 'BIOS FEATURES' menu and  choose 'd-rom, c and floppy'. This would instruct your Pc to boot from CD-ROM first. After this you can now re-start your PC with the boot disk inside the drive. This should do the trick.
