Jim is exactly right. Several of the computers here at work show various
savings for conversion to FAT32.

The best way to make the determination for your particular machine is to
run a small free Win95 utility called FAT32WIN.  It compares the wasted
space currently on the machine and subtracts what would be wasted if the
harddrive were converted to FAT32 with 4k clusters. It is available at most
shareware sites (only 88k uncompressed).
