Are you restarting the computer before shutting down? Try restarting, does this make anydifference?

Try uninstalling the update and then reinstalling it. Sometimes the update installation can be faulty.

I download and install this update and the next time I turn on the computer, I am notified again that the same update is available. So I do it again. And so everytime I turn on the computer, this happens.
