I just thought I'd share this with the list...

I have been having intermittent problems with my computer shutting 
itself off.  So, as part of my troubleshooting, I tried to find a memory 
testing utility.  Microsoft offers a free memory testing utility at 
http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp  It installs as bootable 
floppies or a bootable CD and can run either "basic" tests, or more 
comprehensive tests of your memory.
