sir,
            i got a mail from somewhere.After  reading the message
i closed the window,and after that my computer stopped
functioning.i restarted the computer but it did not boot up.
            so,i thought that my computer is affected by a virus
and so i formatted the drives and tried to install windows98.

            During the installation process,i.e after scanning the
drives a message got displayed .

          the message is as follows:

          "copying files needed for setup..."

 From there my system stopped functioning.it did not read anything
 from the CD-ROM.

i waited for an hour but in vain.

please suggest me what i should do.
