Be sure to have a good firewall running, and good AV software.
(I know many people that got hacked right after going to a high
speed connection due to poor security or none...)

After looking at the install manual and the info at the manufacturers
WEB site, I would say that since this Modem eliminates the NIC card,
and "all" cables, it is not possible for you to intercept the signal and
split it with a Router.

The "best" answer would be an external Modem and an external
Broadband Router. (Wired or Wireless.)

A software approach might be something like ICS, but the main
computer would always have to be on.
