Synch pst is the one I'm most familiar with.

What I've done is change the location of the *.pst on all pc's to which it
is loaded. I use a drive / folder labeled E:\Outlook. The importance of that
is to ensure rules work post-copying of the *.pst (learned that from an
Outlook MVP). Copying the *.pst to different drives upsets the rules...

No import necessary. You put the *.pst where you want it and it's ready to
go.

What commercial tools are available?
When you transfer the pst file, do you have to import it to the 
corresponding computer?
