Would never call that an upgrade, Does it slowly loose time or just do it
all at once?  Might check for viruses first.  Are you setting the time in
Windows or the BIOS?
Should probably set it in the BIOS just in case Windows is adjusting it
wrong.

BlankI am working on a HP Pavilion 6640c with a AMD-K6 (tm) 3D processor,
184 MB RAM and 15 GB HDD. After upgrading from W98 to WME, the system clock
looses about 15 min a day. Could this be a dying battery?
