You have Win 95/98?  If so, do ctrl/alt/del, highlight rnaap (that's close)
and click end task.  You'll probably get the second dialog box that it isn't
responding, click end task again.  I'm not sure why that happens, but I
don't have the problem since I got a cable connection.

When I try to disconnect from the Internet connection, it will often not
allow me to do so. I have to reboot for the phone to hang up..any ideas?
