Do you have your windows Emergency Disk...or a floppy that you made with
this operating system?
Boot off the floppy. If it is the emergency floppy then from the A:\> type
sys C:

If it is another boot floppy and your windows path is
C:\windows\command  then first type

path=c:\windows\command

then

sys c:

remove the floppy and reboot.
