Roberto,
                 I had this same problem.  Sometimes if you open and close
the screen a few times it will go away - but who wants to do that all day.
The problem is in the housings where the screen pivots (and gets its signal
from).  I eventually got frustrated enough and sent it in for them to
replace the parts.  It is a known problem with CTX.  Check out their
website http://www.ctxintl.com in the faq's, they had some info. on this
subject back when I was having trouble.
