You need to clean out c:\windows\temp. It is safe to delete those files. You also need to go to Internet Explorer (your browser) tools/internet options, and on the first tab empty all the files by clicking on delete cookies and delete temporary internet files. After that you can run your defragger and it will rearrange your files. Having 135 mb of trash files in temp and in cache files will really slow you up. Do NOT run around deleting all the .tmp files as many of these are system files. Cleaning out c:\windows\temp and your cookies and temporary internet files will make a noticeable difference.
