Anytime you see a name bracketed by percent signs, that denotes a variable
name in Windows, and not a full path. The %System% variable typically points
to c:\winnt\system32 in Windows 2000, and c:\windows\system32 in Windows XP
and Vista. Hope this is helpful. :)
