Years ago I had a similar problem. Whenever the computer clock was 
corrected for whatever reason, the next time the computer 
started/restarted, the clock would be off by exactly one hour. I finally 
traced the problem down to the BIOS. After upgrading the BIOS, there was 
no longer a problem with the clock.

This information might help you. If not, you should at least tell us 
what OS you are using and more details that lead up to the clock 
resetting itself.
