I have a Windows98 system which frequently reports this message. It
happens on several apps including Windows Explorer. I have reformatted
the drive, re-installed Win98 and loaded minimal apps, but it still
happens. I could not get a lot of help at the Microsoft KB since there
were so many instances.

Should I start to swap out RAM sticks(EDO), or is this strictly a s/w
issue related to DLLs? The system is P200, IDE, SCSI, CDRom(2), Sound,
NIC.
Regards,
Dharam
