I have forgotten how to create an disaster recovery floppy. Used to
have one that enabled me to start from A: and boot into my three
systems: Win98SE (FAT32), Win2K (NTFS) and WinXP (NTFS) located on
partitions D:, E: and F:

I remember that I had to copy the boot.ini, ntldr and ntdetect.com to
A: but I can't remember what else to do to make it work.

BTW what kind of file is NTLDR - it has no extension?
