SMART Failure Predicted on Hard Disk 0:

can you please tell me what this means and what should i do about it.

Hi,
SMART stands for Self-Monitoring And Reporting Technology. Hard drives
equipped with this monitor several parameters about themselves, and if anything
goes out of tolerance, it can give a warning, as you have just received. If you
only get it once, then it *may* be just a glitch, but if you start getting it
every time you boot up, then it is probable that the drive has problems, and
is on its last legs. Copy any valuable data off the drive immediately, and plan
to replace it in the very near future.
