I bought a new K7S5A and an OEM Duron 1.1Ghz CPU with a fan that will be
sufficient. the problem is when I connect it all up and press the power
button the fans spin round about 3cm and stop. My friends says it's a PSU
problem but it runs with my intel Motherboard with a Celeron 500Mhz Help me
please or I'll have to spend about £100 on getting it installed properly
