Bob,
I just recently upgraded 3 of our Dell 486's
with the same processor without any problems,
unfortunatly I didn't keep the little pull-out
manual (if you want to call it that).

They always include a dignostic disk with the
CPU to test the system first, before installing
the chip.

I didn't have to make any adjustments to our
486DX/2 66 machines for voltage or speed.
