 Bob,
You might try the FIC 503+  board.  You should be able to find it for
between 85.00
to 95.00.   One meg on board cache and supports the 100mhz bus speed.

As for memory, you will probably need to use SDRAM with the 266
regardless of the
bus speed you use.
