Find an Authorized Toshiba Service Provider (ASP) in your area. They are the
only ones who can get rid of a passwood. Toshiba uses it to prevent someone
from selling or using stolen property. You have to have a proof or purchase
or something to prove ownership. This is how it is unless they have changed
ploicy within the last year. There might be other ways of getting around it
but this is to only legal way.
