I had the same problem but solved it without spending any money. What I did
was to open the casing and press again all the cards, Rdram, cables etc.
firmly into their slots to ensure that they were firmly seated. Thereafter,
I ceased to encounter any more problem.
You may wish to try this before buying new components.
