You most likely caused the video card to become dislodged! Try pulling the
video card out, and reseating it. If this doesn't work, try removing all
adapter cards, except the video, and try again!

Good Luck, Steve....

Subject: [PCBUILD] Micron Millenia - memory upgrade

Does anyone have any experience upgrading or replacing memory in a Micron
Millenia MXE Pentium 200? I am trying to upgrade a friend's PC from 32MB to
64MB RAM. We bought new modules - 2-16MB EDO SIMMS and I can't get the
machine to recognize them. Then, to make matters worse I removed the old
modules to test the new by themselves (didn't work - just got 3 beeps on
boot) and now can't get the old modules working correctly so that the
computer will boot. All I get is 3 beeps and a dark screen. They are seated
as firmly as I can get them. My fingertips are sore and I feel worse than
stupid.
