I'm guessing that you are talking about the numeric keypad, not the row of
numbers across the top of the "regular" keyboard.  I've never seen one, but
I believe that there are detachable, add-on numeric keypads that have the
numbers reversed to be more like a telephone keypad for special
applications.  Unfortunately, I don't know where you might find one.
