I have a 486, 133mhz system, Win95 operating system.

I utilize 2 mobile hard drives which I swap back and forth. One hard
drive is 1.2 gig and the other is 2.5 gig.  At this current time, when I
turn my system on it boots up to a certain point and stops/hangs.  My
system never finishes the booting process and thus does not take me into
Windows95.  This occurs with both drives.  I have managed to go to the
safe mode however that doesn't help me since none of my peripherals will
work in that mode.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?  Also, if I need a new
power supply, would my system be doing something like this.  What are
the symptons.
