        What do you mean "will not detect". Do you mean it won't autodetect? If so
although Linux does have some autodetection, it does not always work
perfectly. Have you tried setting up a second adapter manually in Linuxconf?
Make sure you have the settings for your card first (I/O port and IRQ, and
what type of card it is, is it NE2000 compatible?) Hope this helped, TTYL
