It looks like your BIOS  ACPI function don't work well.
First, disable screensaver in position- NEVER.
Second, in Control Panel/Power Managements set parameters for display,
FDD, etc. in NEVER position too.
Third, your HDD has errors (on the surface or in controller)- change
HDD.
