I had to reformat my hard drive and unforntanetly downloaded before getting the information off of it, but I have about 2% of memory left and cannot defrag or anything. Plus my system crashes several times, I'm constantly having to reboot. Is there anyway to erase this lost data on my hard drive? I have added an external hard drive thinking this would help but it still crashes. I appreciate any help.

Thank-you and God Bless,
Cheryl J Hansen
