A few suggestions:

Make sure your new C drive is set as "Master". If not, change the jumper 
and test the system.
If the two drives are not the same manufacturer, set both drives to 
"cable select" and assure the cable connections are in the correct 
orientation (master to C drive and slave to your second drive). Test the 
system.
Run "chkdsk" on your F, G, and H partitions.

Hopefully one of the preceding solves your problem and you will not need 
to delete any files. Rather than two of us giving directions on using 
DOS to delete files, I'll defer to Peter.
