You will have to choose a power supply that is P-4 compatible. Some of the
ATX supplies are for older processors and will not work due to the fact
Intel boards and others have an additional power feed. I would choose a good
quality power supply with at least or a minimum of 350 watts. You are
building a good system that doesn't come cheap and I wouldn't skimp on the
power supply. If I were you, I would buy a new case that is already equipped
with a power supply. Might as well contemplate this approach due to the fact
the newer cases are easier to integrate hardware in and the cooling is
better. If you check with Intel http://www.Intel.com you may find some
recommendations along these lines. I know that Intel does exhaustive testing
on all related hardware to ensure they are compatible with their boars and
processors.
