Steven,

Depending on the Motherboard you may be able to disable the onboard
video.  Check the motherboard manual and see if the is a jumper on the
board to disable it - otherwise, check out the settings in your
computer's BIOS, it may have a setting for the video device there
(onboard,pci,agp....etc).

I have a H-P 4458 that the video card is bad its part of the
motherboard.Is
there away to disable the video card and put in a separate one? If
