Subject: [PCBUILD] Can't Set System Restore Points

I hope someone can help me with Win 7 System Restore.
I can no longer set restore points.
It starts running but never stops. I have no list of previous restore
points.
There doesn't seem a way to delete System Restore and reinstall it or use
another similar free program.
This is not a good thing, fortunately I am using Comodo Time Machine for a
backup.
Hope someone of you Listers has an answer.
Lew
