Hi i hope somone can help me here, i have just upgraded a friends PC from Windows 95 to Windows 98. The spec of the PC is: Cyrix 6X86M processor with 60MB ram and a 4GB hard disc. The drivers were i thought all upgraded OK, but we cannot connect to the internet, all we are getting is the following message when we try to install BT internet. ERROR = 630: The port was disconected due to hardware failure. The modem reports that it is installed correctly and working OK in device manager.
