Your old Ghost is not fully updated...
(There are newer patches for that version.)

That will not help your present problem.
I am only familiar with the requirements of
Ghost and WinME, which requires a version
in the 6 series...  I would have to assume
Win2K would require the newest version
since this is a very low level operation.
Norton has an entire page concerning
compatibility in their support section.
