 ran ewido security scan & got the following, which I do not understand. My gut feeling tells me I should not delete the complete file. Would someone please tell me what options I have if any? 

The file "C:\Program Files\Support.com\backup\ne\newdotnet6_38.dll\2293 76_
51a9f736b_/newdotnet6_38.dll" cannot be removed because it is embedden in the archive "C:\Program Files\support.com\backup\ne\newdotnet6_38.dll\2293 76_51a9f736b_".Dou you
want to remove the whole archive?
