From the IWill kk266 FAQ:

The "Ultimate Upgrade" motherboard
Iwill's new Socket A motherboards, KK266-R and KK266, features the
much-anticipated Apollo KT133A north bridge and VT82C686B south bridge from
VIA Technologies Inc. Ultimate Upgrade features include: support for 266MHz
Front Side Bus (FSB) Athlons coupled with 3 Phase Power to support up to
1.5GHz processor speeds, and native dual channel Ultra ATA-100 support for
4 IDE devices with option to upgrade to quad Ultra ATA-100 channels
supporting up to 8 IDE devices (RAID version).

Additional BIOS info and downloads are here:

I'm currently running this with an AMD 1.4G Athlon, 512M pc133 RAM, and a
pair of 80G harddrives. Still running Win98SE.

Subject: Re: Fastest AMD CPU in a IWILL Motherboard

Thanks, I went to their website and it does require me to flash my BIOS to
accept the Palamino chip, but that chip comes in many speeds also. I was
just
wondering what is the fastest speed it will take. I was hoping someone
else
here is using the same board and has upgraded their system to a faster
processor..
