My brother is having an issue that I haven't come across....... His PC
(about 4 years old) was losing time. He replaced the CMOS battery, however
that did not correct the problem. I suggested he might have gotten a bad
battery and had him replace it again. What is confusing to me is that when
the PC loses time it noticeably slows down.

Any ideas??
