You probably need a bios update for your motherboard to get it to recognize
the 466.  You  are running at the correct speed if you set it to 66MHZx 7.
The Celeron 466 will only run at a 7 clock speed.  It really doesn't matter
what you set it to in the bios, it will still run at 7.  Voltages are the
same.  If you have no other problems that require a bios update, you could
just leave it alone.  Another one of those "Don't fix it if it ain't broke"
situations.
