Too much unknown information.
Operating system? (XP, Windows 2000, Win98, etc.)
E-mail program? (Outlook Express, Eudora, etc.)
Browser and version of same?  (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.)

All software up to date with current patches?  If not do that and re-test
the problem.

What happens when you just launch the browser?

Hi
When I open a web site from my emails it opens fulllength but only two
inches wide. This has just started to behave this way. I might have checked
something  to do this. Any help to clear  this up would be appreciated.
