Yes, I used it for that.

But there are still withdrawal symptoms from green tea. I get a really
piercing headache coming off coffee -- the green tea headache is much
duller, but just as painful.

I'm off caffeine now... except I can't resist chocolate covered coffee
beans whenever I stumble across them :(
