Hello to Katarina and all....

I suppose I am what you have to look forward to from the Dateline piece...It
was intriguing, and since I do consider myself endowed with half a brain or
more...here I am -- eager to find out more...I do intend to read and research
further, but am starting here, with this list, and any reading
recommendations, etc. would be appreciated.  I started from what I heard
explained on Dateline and am thrilled to have broken through a plateau or a
set point, that I was previously unable to break, in just a few days.
